Website Terms & Conditions
Effective October 23, 2026
These website terms do not replace the signed enrollment agreement, parent handbook, or applicable law.
1. Website Purpose
This website provides information about Bloom and Grow Early Learning Academy LLC (BGELA), its educational programs,
enrollment inquiries, tuition, schedules, and family resources. Information is subject to change and does not constitute an
offer of admission.
2. Enrollment and Availability
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee admission, reserve a place, or create a childcare services
agreement. Enrollment depends on available space, applicable licensing requirements, required documentation, and an
executed enrollment agreement. BGELA will consider reasonable accommodations and comply with applicable
nondiscrimination laws.
3. Educational Approach
BGELA is an autism-focused early learning academy that also welcomes children with other disabilities and diverse learning
needs. BGELA is an educational program, not an ABA therapy provider. Any outside therapeutic services are subject to
separate arrangements and applicable requirements.
4. Tuition, Registration, and Late Payments
Published planning rates are weekly: infants $375; one-year-olds $350; two-year-olds $325; three-year-olds $300;
four-year-olds $285; kindergarten/five-year-olds $285. The agreed regular tuition due date is Friday for the upcoming
Monday–Friday care week. A $100 annual registration fee per child is nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise.
A $15 late fee applies, subject to applicable requirements for payments still unpaid on Tuesday, following a grace period
through Monday. All amounts and rules are subject to the signed enrollment agreement, applicable law, and Georgia CAPS
requirements; fees are not imposed where prohibited.
5. Withdrawal, Absences, and Closures
Families must provide 14 calendar days of written withdrawal notice. Tuition ordinarily remains due during that period and
for child illness, vacation, and scheduled academy holidays, subject to the enrollment agreement and law. Under the
emergency-weather policy, tuition remains due for up to two weather-related closure days per calendar year; additional
closure days receive credits. Extended academy closures may result in credits or refunds of unused prepaid tuition. CAPS
rules take precedence where applicable.
6. Refunds and Billing Questions
Eligible withdrawal refunds are calculated after the notice period and review of outstanding obligations. Approved refunds
are generally processed within 10 business days, to the original payment method where possible. Overpayments may be
refunded or credited. Families should contact BGELA promptly with billing questions. See the separate Tuition, Cancellation
& Refund Policy and signed enrollment agreement for full details.
7. Brightwheel and Third-Party Payments
BGELA has selected Brightwheel for enrollment administration, tuition billing, attendance, and family communications.
Website links may direct families to Brightwheel or another authorized payment provider. Payment processing, account

creation, and data practices may be governed by those providers’ separate terms and privacy notices. Do not enter
payment-card information into general inquiry forms.
8. Privacy and Child Information
Use of personal information is addressed in BGELA’s separate Privacy Policy. Parents should provide sensitive medical,
developmental, or disability-related records only through an approved secure process, not a general website inquiry form.
The website is intended for parents and guardians rather than direct use by children.
9. Acceptable Website Use and Intellectual Property
Visitors must not submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt website functionality, or misuse
website materials. BGELA’s original website content, graphics, and branding may not be commercially reused without
permission, except as permitted by law.
10. External Links and Website Availability
Third-party links are offered for convenience. BGELA does not control third-party websites and cannot guarantee
uninterrupted access to this website. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Updates and Contact
BGELA may revise these website terms. The updated effective date will appear on this page. Material changes affecting
enrolled families will be communicated as appropriate. For questions, email info@bloomandgrowela.org.
