authorized contact information, attendance, billing information, emergency contacts, and child-related educational or health

We use information to answer inquiries, manage enrollment and waitlists, communicate with families, provide educational
services, administer billing and attendance, address safety needs, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell
family or child information.
Website and Brightwheel
Webador hosts our public website. Brightwheel is our selected platform for enrollment administration, family communication,
attendance, and tuition billing, subject to account setup and feature configuration. Each provider may process information
under its own privacy terms. Families should review those terms when using these services.
Tuition Payments
Families may access tuition payment options from our website, including a link to Brightwheel once configured. Payments
may be processed by third-party providers. BGELA does not intend to collect or store complete payment-card numbers in
ordinary website inquiry forms. Payment details and available methods depend on the actual checkout provider.
Sensitive Child Information
Families should not include diagnoses, medical histories, therapy records, or other sensitive child details in a general
website inquiry. Such information should be submitted only through an approved, access-controlled enrollment process.
Authorized personnel will have access only as appropriate to their responsibilities.
Children and Media
Our public website is directed to adults, not children. Children should not submit personal information through the public
website. Identifiable photos or videos of enrolled children will be used for public marketing only with appropriate parent or
guardian authorization, subject to applicable law and academy policy.
