Tuition, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bloom and Grow Early Learning Academy LLC
Effective October 23, 2026
Weekly Tuition
Weekly tuition is due every Friday for the upcoming Monday through Friday care week. Payment arrangements or
exceptions must be approved in writing by academy administration.
Annual Registration Fee
A $100 annual registration fee applies per child. This fee is nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Families will be informed of this fee before payment.
Late Payments
If weekly tuition remains unpaid, a $15 late fee may be assessed beginning Tuesday following the Friday due date. Monday
is the grace period. Any fee must comply with applicable law, signed agreements, and Georgia CAPS requirements.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
A parent or legal guardian must provide at least 14 calendar days of written notice before withdrawing a child. Tuition
remains payable during the notice period regardless of attendance, except where the enrollment agreement or applicable
law requires otherwise.
Child Absences and Family Vacations
Regular tuition remains payable during a child's absence due to illness, family vacation, or other personal reasons, unless a
signed agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
Scheduled Academy Holidays
Tuition remains payable during scheduled academy holidays disclosed to families in the school calendar, subject to
applicable law and subsidy rules.
Emergency Weather Closures
Tuition remains payable for up to two emergency weather closure days per calendar year. For additional weather closure
days in that year, the academy will provide an appropriate tuition credit, subject to applicable law and subsidy requirements.
Extended Academy Closures
If the academy closes for an extended period and prepaid services cannot be provided, unused prepaid tuition will be
credited or refunded as appropriate under the enrollment agreement and applicable law.
Refunds and Overpayments
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method when
reasonably possible. Eligible withdrawal refunds will be calculated after the 14-day notice period and review of outstanding
tuition obligations. Overpayments will be refunded or credited to the family's account.
CAPS-Supported Families
For families participating in Georgia's Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS) program, applicable CAPS policies, provider
agreements, and legal requirements take precedence over conflicting provisions in this policy.
Questions and Disputes
Families should contact academy administration promptly regarding billing, refunds, or withdrawal questions. Nothing in this
policy limits rights or remedies under applicable law.
